The deadline for submission of All Night Permit applications for alcohol past 4 am on New Year’s Eve January 1, 2015 is November 16, 2014. In deciding whether to issue the permit, the Authority will consider the timely filing of the application, licensee’s disciplinary history (including pending charges) and whether, given the nature of the event, the licensee has adequate facilities and security plans in place.

Applications will not be accepted after the application deadline.
