Palcohol is a powdered alcohol product that comes in seven different versions. TTB approval is unclear with rumors that approval was rescinded and claimed to be a “mistake.”

The company promotes taking the Palcohol product to venues that don’t allow you to bring in alcohol or adding an extra kick to your food with a sprinkle after cooking. Next week I’ll look at any patents or patent applications covering this product.
